Tech Lead Cloud Engineer H/F

Votre le rôle consistera à :
Sur le build :
- Au sein d'équipes projets, participer à la conception et à la mise en oeuvre des solutions d'infrastructures en collaboration avec les Architectes,
- Participer à la réalisation d'études, benchmarks et POC,
- Réaliser des audits techniques sur l'infrastructure,
- Vérifier et analyser les impacts techniques des nouvelles solutions en termes de sécurité, performance et exploitation,
- Assurer les phases de transition (build to run) et de mise en production des projets d'infrastructures,
- Rédiger les documents d'exploitation,
- Participer aux audits internes et externes,
- Participer aux actions de remédiation à la suite des audits,
- Dispenser des formations,
- Mettre à jour les outils de monitoring et référentiels (CMDB, base documentaire) ; entretenir une expertise sur les solutions en place et assurer une veille technologique.
Sur le run :
- Coordonner les changements du domaine issus de projets ou de plan d'actions correctives,
- Participer aux cellules de crise et intervenir en support N3 sur des incidents graves,
- Participer à la mise à jour applicative des serveurs en HO ou HNO,
- Assurer un suivi quotidien du ticketing d'incident/problèmes/changements du domaine workplace,
- Réaliser des inventaires et revues de comptes de manière récurrente.
Le périmètre technique :
- Gestion AD/GPO,
- Forte expérience sur Azure,
- Office365,
- Outils Terraform, Ansible,
- Intégration dans la supervision Zabbix.
Les compétences attendues :
- De formation Bac +3 minimum,
- Autonome et polyvalent avec un fort esprit d'équipe et réactif,
- Aisance à s'exprimer et capacité d'adaptation de son discours à ses différents interlocuteurs : Profil métier, Technicien, management,
- Connaissance de l'ITSM Service Now serait un plus,
- Anglais professionnel obligatoire,
- Scripting Powershell obligatoire,
- Pratiques ITIL,
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
