VGP a été fondée en 1998 en tant qu’entreprise familiale belge en République tchèque et compte aujourd’hui plus de 350 employés.
Pour le développement de ses projets en France, VGP Constructions Industrielles recherche un project manager (ou site manager selon le profil et l'expérience), rattaché au bureau de Paris, pour piloter dans un premier temps la construction, la mise en service et la livraison des bâtiments du VGP PARK de Petit-Couronne, près de Rouen (76).
Le candidat devra justifier d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le développement de projets de construction, depuis la conception et l'obtention des autorisations administratives, en passant par la phase d'appel d'offres et le suivi de l'exécution jusqu'à l’achèvement final des travaux.
Responsabilités
Collaboration avec les prestataires, architectes, bureaux d'études, consultants
Coordination avec les collectivités, les administrations, les autorités locales et les concessionnaires
Management de projets de construction avec un accent particulier sur les coûts, la qualité, l'hygiène et la sécurité et le délai de réalisation
Consultation et négociation des marchés de travaux et suivi de l'exécution
Reporting à la fois interne au sein de l’organisation et externe avec les futurs locataires
Suivi du commissioning, de la mise en service et du parfait achèvement des ouvrages
Accompagnement des clients utilisateurs pour garantir un haut de degré de satisfaction
Compétences
A minima 10 ans d’expérience dans la construction et la gestion de projets, idéalement dans le secteur de la logistique et de l'industrie, dans une entreprise européenne ou internationale
Formation d'ingénieur génie civil ou bâtiment (ou tout autre formation pertinente)
Capacité à gérer en parallèle plusieurs projets de complexité différente et à des stades d'avancement différents
Capacité à livrer les projets dans le respect du budget et des délais, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité
Connaissance des certifications BREEAM, Biodivercity et EU taxonomy
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, tout en maintenant un fort niveau de collaboration en interne
Excellentes compétences de communication à l'oral comme à l'écrit (un bon niveau d'anglais est un atout supplémentaire)
Réactivité et flexibilité pour gérer les alea et assumer les tâches nouvelles ou imprévues, dans une organisation au rythme rapide et en pleine croissance
Intelligence relationnelle et sens du service client
À l’aise dans MS Office et MS Project
