Kang, Marketplace français leader dans le domaine du lifestyle, recherche un(e) Marketing Digital Content & Community Manager dans le cadre du développement de son site web.
Ce poste vous permettra de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et produits.
Au sein d’une structure jeune et dynamique, vous évoluerez en conciliant vie d’équipe et développement personnel.
Vous managerez une Social Media Manager en alternance.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vos missions :
1/ Réseaux sociaux
- Rédaction web et animation éditoriale des comptes médias sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Création de contenus : shooting, sélection de profils masters à mettre en avant et classement de contenus pertinents en corrélation avec nos objectifs d’inbound marketing
- Prise de contact avec des influenceuses
- Recensement de communautés sur le web pouvant influencer la notoriété de notre site
- Reporting et analyse de données
2/ Organisation évènements
- Organisation d’évènements pour notre communauté de masters et notre communauté de clients (petits-déjeuners, conférences et webinars…)
- Mise en place de stands sur des salons, tant au niveau logistique que pour l’agencement (décoration et le choix des goodies)
- Animation et mise en place de Team Building et séminaires pour développer l’interaction entre les équipes
3/ Animation et suivi des communautés
- Veille de l’image de marque
- Mise en place des opérations spéciales pour les masters
- Rédaction de newsletters et organisation d’events à destination de la communauté
4/ Animation du CRM
- Rédiger des briefs créatifs d'emails et newsletters / suivi des livraisons créa et routage des campagnes emails ou SMS
- Suivi de plans CRM de fidélisation clients
- Mise en place d'un planning d'opérations Marketing Direct
- Rédiger des storyboards et parcours clients
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
● Vous êtes passionné(e) par les réseaux sociaux et très au courant de l’actualité dans le milieu de l’influence.
● Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine marketing / communication / évènementiel.
● Vous exprimer en Anglais ne vous fait pas peur.
● Vous êtes créatif.ve et force de proposition
● Dynamisme, rigueur et disponibilité sont des qualités indispensables ainsi que d’excellentes qualités relationnelles (bienveillance, patience…) et rédactionnelles.
Poste à pourvoir en CDI au plus tôt.
Lieu de travail : Paris 5ème, 2 jours de télétravail possible par semaine
