As part of our continued growth, Yseop has embarked on an ambitious security and IT transformation project to meet the evolving demands of our industry. To support this journey, we are strengthening our team with a Lead for Security Operations & IT to help shape and implement our security strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in a pivotal phase of our development.

‍ Your mission :

As the Lead of Security Operations & IT, you will oversee two critical areas:

1. Operational Security: you will be responsible for safeguarding our entire information system, which is critical given the sensitive nature of the data we handle.
2. Corporate IT Management: You will enable our teams to work effectively and securely by managing identity & access control, end-user devices (MDM), and overseeing our suite of SaaS solutions.

As our first dedicated hire for this function, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead security operations and IT management activities across the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

This role, you will:

• Lead Security Operations: Establish and implement SecOps activities (tools and processes) that ensure the security of our systems, networks, and data and help reach compliance with industry recognized standards (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Application security: Integrate security into the development lifecycle and deploy the necessary tools to secure our products and software (e.g; SAST, DAST, SCA, …)
• Cloud Infrastructure security: Ensure our cloud infrastructure is hardened and aligned with best practices (e.g., CSPM, ZIA, .. ).
• Security monitoring: Strengthen our ability to detect, manage, and resolve security incidents, address vulnerabilities, and identify misconfigurations in our infrastructure.
• Automation: Develop and enhance scripts and tools to automate critical security and IT processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, cloud operations, and QA teams to integrate security tools, processes, and foster a culture of security awareness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company to ensure security is a core part of our processes.
• Corporate IT management: Ensure end-users have the tools and resources they need, providing hands-on support for IT (e.g., onboarding and offboarding), while automating key processes and ensuring security (e.g. Anti-malware, MDM, SSO, …)
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to the development and execution of an IT and security strategy that scales with our growth and supports our long-term objectives.

Your profile :

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of postgraduate experience in Information Security operations
• Expertise in at least one of the following domains, with a strong willingness to learn the others: public cloud security (e.g., AWS), web application security, penetration testing, incident detection and response, OS and network security, vulnerability management.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate security controls and IT processes.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously and overcome obstacles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and guide end-users and other teams.
• Fluent in French and a good level of English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with IT tools deployment and management (e.g., SSO, MDM).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with deployment of security tools in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. SAST, DAST, SCA, …)
• Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 standards.
