Membre à part entière de la Team RH, ta mission principale est de dénicher les talents qui viendront rejoindre la joyeuse équipe d’Asterigo et de gérer en toute autonomie (après formation) le process de recrutement de bout en bout, de la collecte des besoins à l’intégration des nouveaux asterien(ne)s :
- Collecte des besoins auprès de la Direction et des managers,
- Sourcing : rédaction et diffusion des annonces, recherche de candidats potentiels, gestion de la CVthèque, relations écoles, participation aux forums de recrutement,
- Préqualifications téléphoniques,
- Planification des tests et des entretiens opérationnels/RH,
- Onboarding des nouveaux arrivants
Par ailleurs :
- Tu participes activement au déploiement de la politique RH du cabinet,
- Tu contribues au développement de la marque employeur et la mise en place d’une politique de fidélisation,
- Tu entretiens une relation de proximité avec l’ensemble de l’équipe et participe, au quotidien, au bien-être au travail des asterien(ne)s.
Ce poste est fait pour toi si :
- Tu es en fin de Master (Commerce ou Ressources Humaines) ou en reconversion professionnelle.
- Tu souhaites te projeter à long terme au sein d’un cabinet à taille humaine et d’une équipe soudée.
- Tu cherches un contrat d’apprentissage de 12 mois en vue d’une proposition de CDI à l’issue.
- Tu disposes d’une grande maturité professionnelle grâce à tes précédentes expériences sur le terrain. Tu sais travailler en autonomie et être force de proposition.
- Tu es doté(e) d’une forte intelligence émotionnelle (un test QE te seras proposé lors du parcours d’entretien) et d’une passion pour l’humain. Tu sais reconnaître tes émotions et celles des autres.
- Tu sais être à l’écoute de tes interlocuteurs, cerner leurs attentes et adapter ton discours pour convaincre.
- Tu es très à l’aise au téléphone.
- Tu es solaire et dynamique, doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.
En revanche, ce poste n’est PAS fait pour toi si :
- Tu préfères travailler seul qu’en équipe.
- Tu n’as aucune envie de te sentir proche de tes collègues.
- Tu n’as pas d’humour.
- Tu n’aimes pas passer du temps à chercher des pépites.
- Tu détestes LinkedIn.
