Description des fonctions :

Dans le cadre du renforcement technique chez notre client intervenant dans le secteur du nucléaire, nous recherchons un.e PMO Procurement H/F pour travailler sur le développement et la mise à jour des outils en lien avec les systèmes de gestion des données relatives à l’entreprise. A ce titre, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Développer des méthodes pour créer des rapports fiables sur l'avancement des commandes et la mise à jour du plan de projet.

Identifier et signaler les anomalies dans les données au PPM (Project Procurement Manager) afin qu’il puisse prendre les actions nécessaires.

  • Fournir des données fiables pour les analyses financières : prévisions, facturations, gains achats, etc.
  • Mettre en place un reporting régulier (hebdomadaire ou mensuel) pour aider à établir des plans d'action basés sur des indicateurs de performance (KPIs).
  • Proposer des axes d’amélioration concernant les métiers de la supply chain (PSM, Approvisionneurs…)

  • Vous maitrisez la suite office mais également VBA et Power BI
  • Idéalement vous avez déjà pu travailler sur SAP
