Company Overview:
Unlimitail is a joint venture between Carrefour and Publicis, with the aim of becoming the leader of the retail media market in Europe and LATAM. By combining the power of Carrefour Links' in-store and e-commerce assets and traffic with Publicis Citrus Ad by Epsilon's on-site and off-site retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in-store and digital channels. In addition to the 13 additional partners announced at the Vivatech launch, Unlimitail has a strong ambition and business plan to welcome many more retailers to its retail media platform.
Role Overview:
As the Strategy and Performance Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Shareholder Relations Management: Act as the key interface with the executive committees of Carrefour and Publicis, ensuring thorough preparation for Board meetings with shareholders.
- Strategy definition: collaborate with top management to define and refine Unlimitail's strategic direction in our 8 geographies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
- Strategy Implementation: Lead the operational implementation of the strategy across various departments (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) in all our geographical regions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer behavior, and competition to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose strategies to maximize the company's efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Strategy and Performance Manager who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
Degree:
- Master's degree from top business or engineering school
Experience:
- >3 years of experience in project management or consulting projects
- Consulting background with knowledge of the Retail Industry is highly appreciated.
Skills:
- Perfectly fluent in French and English, Spanish is highly appreciated
- Strong problem-solving skills and rigor
- Polyvalent & analytical and synthetic mindset (i.e., a bit of Excel modeling, preparing Executive-level presentations)
- Strong senior stakeholder management, change management, interpersonal and project management skills (i.e., ability to converse and lead meetings with ExCom members)
- Leadership and autonomy
- Proactivity
