En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous participerez à la performance des activités du système de distribution électrique sur une base régionale. Votre mission : - Participer à la clôture mensuelle des comptes selon les principes comptables généraux acceptés des États-Unis - Analyser et expliquer les écarts entre les prévisions et les réalités. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes fonctionnelles pour élaborer des rapports tels que les résultats préliminaires, les ventes hebdomadaires, le budget et les prévisions, l'équilibre - Accompagner la performance du groupe à travers un suivi des créances, des réclamations clients, des opportunités à saisir en fonction des événements, des suivis spécifiques liés à certains projets, investissements. - Assurer le respect des règles financières locales en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe centrale de l'entreprise et nos prestataires de services externes. - Accompagnement aux audits internes et externes et à la mise en place de solutions.
Votre parcours : - Master finance, gestion d'entreprise, contrôle de gestion ou équivalent. - 4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans la finance au sein d'un grand groupe - idéalement 2 ans dans la fonction d'audit. - Bonne connaissance en contrôle de gestion, comptabilité et US GAAP. - Excel avancé est indispensable - Compétences efficaces en communication en anglais. - Capable de voyager dans la région EMEA. Bon communiquant, vous êtes curieux et avez l'habitude de travailler dans un environnement international, n'hésitez pas à postuler
