Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects for a prestigious client in the fashion/luxury industry. As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to client standards and proactive risk management.

The role requires expertise in SAP MM/SD modules and a background in the fashion or luxury sector. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and maintaining service quality and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage and oversee deployment teams across multiple projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Service Delivery: Drive profitability by managing service quality, cost, and ensuring the project aligns with client standards.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Regularly report on delivery activities and project phases to Accenture management. Proactively identify risks and mitigate issues.
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure deliverables such as customizing, RICEFW, integration tests, UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare are in line with client expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the delivery team, ensuring collaboration across multiple teams and functions.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP): Confirmed experience.
  • SAP MM/SD Expertise: Extensive experience with SAP MM/SD modules.
  • Fashion/Luxury Industry: Junior level experience in SAP implementations or rollouts in the fashion or luxury sector.


Optional Skills:

  • Additional experience in service delivery and project management methodologies (Accenture Delivery Methods - ADM).


Key Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Delivery Excellence, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), and Technology Architecture Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and risk management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for enhancing delivery and mitigating risks.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale technology deployments.
  • Strong English and French communication skills are required.
