Subsea Intervention Engineer

The purpose of the position is to carry out Interventions in response to requests and in accordance with the requirements formalized in the specifications by DEXPL, DEPTS, DFC in compliance with the EP reference framework and more specifically the PJC processes and procedures, while ensuring the safety of people, the integrity of property and the protection of the environment in accordance with the subsidiary's commitments.
The mission of the position is to provide support for operations carried out with the FSV by preparing all the documentation necessary for carrying out these operations
Main Characteristics:
- Develop technical solutions and monitor the study, manufacturing, construction and installation phases with the means such as installation vessels, ROVs, lifting equipment
- Ensure the interface with other departments or divisions within TEPC (DAC, DEXPL, DFC, DLOG.) and with the headquarters of TotalEnergies (TEC, PJC, )
- To be the contact for subcontracting companies and contractors who provide the work and services
- Manage multidisciplinary projects/activities
HSE: Health, Safety and Environment
- Guarantor of the HSE part for carrying out offshore interventions while seeking to minimize the associated risks
- Ensure the proper application of the DPTN and subsidiary HSE plan within the framework of its interventions.
- Ensure that the companies' HSE practices comply with the group's HSE standards, TEPC and ETPS and comply with the specific terms of the contract.
Activities Before the execution of operations:
- Implement quality control and monitoring measures in both engineering and manufacturing or construction/installation if necessary
- Implement control of intervention documentation with “Doc Control”.
- Monitor the synergy between different contractors involved in the project Conduct a documentary review of supplier procedures Develop all procedures relating to subsea projects and interventions in accordance with the requests of the entities (Task plans, ARO / RLO support, SIMOPS & COMOPS files, Exemptions, lifting plan, loading plan, mobilization plan, MTO, Deck layout, etc.)
- Prepare the equipment necessary for carrying out the interventions
- Prepare, organize and participate in ARO/RLO with the entities concerned and with the site when necessary
- Coordinate interventions with the planning unit and the FSV superintendent
- Prepare workpermits for interventions in collaboration with the RSES-D
- Conduct Kick-off Meetings (Presentation of operations to be carried out) with the various entities impacted by the operations at the start of each project
While performing operations :
- To be the guarantor of the proper preparation of all offshore activities and in particular
- the identification of SIMOPS and the establishment of files accordingly
- tea identification of COMOPS and tea establishment of files accordingly
- tea identification of naval resources and logistics necessary for operations
- Update procedures related to operations after comments if necessary
- Ensure that all documents necessary for carrying out tea interventions are gathered together
- Monitor tea validation of all documents required for operations
- Monitor tea synergy between different contractors involved in tea project
- Be responsible for identifying tea equipment and resources required for operations
- Monitor tea progress of operations carried out by tea FSV
- Support the RSESD and tea FSV offshore Shift Supervisors to ensure tea smooth running of operations • Drafting of MOCs in the event of deviation from the initial procedure
- Write reports of operations carried out by tea FSV in conjunction with FSV supervisors
- Participate in tea development of local resources in tea subsea sector
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Engineering Diploma
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the field of offshore operations (marine engineering, heavy lifting, navigation, underwater works, reception of naval resources, construction, drilling, oceanography, topography, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the installation and operation of subsea equipment.
- Good knowledge of H3SE rules and Total standards, particularly applicable to offshore and subsea activities
- Interest in the fields of HSE, Planning, foresight and risk management
- Dynamic, positive, methodical, autonomous
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Up-to-date medical certificate, valid BOSIET/HUET
