ABOUT THE JOB


We are looking for a Product Manager Assistant to work on our Home & Hand care category to assist our Product Managers in their tasks. As a member of our amazing Beauty Development team, you will collaborate with our design and purchasing teams to analyze, imagine, mock-up, develop, and produce new products for the fragrance category.

This internship will be an opportunity to learn about beauty product development within a fast-growing niche brand where creativity is strong and at the heart of the ways of working.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Analysis and monitoring

  • Perform monthly analysis of the brand's performance.
  • Prepare market analyses and competitive intelligence reports (new launches, price positioning, store check).
  • Report on creative intelligence: keeping an eye out on the latest creative trends (in cosmetics, design, lifestyle…) and update the team.


Product & 360 development follow-up

  • Participate in the conceptual research for new products (concepts, names, design inspiration, formulas, mood boards…) and 360 activations (visuals, merchandising inspiration and sell out tools).
  • Participate in the briefing of creative teams (concept, design, fragrance) and external suppliers (mock-up agency).
  • Contribute to the operational follow-up of the product development with operations team: participating in project monitoring meetings, anticipating, and responding to suppliers’ technical needs (artworks, e-proofs, formulas).
  • Coordinate with other departments: press, operational marketing, training, etc.


Cross-functional

  • Contribute to the organization of internal meetings and meetings with our Founder, Ben Gorham.
  • Contribute to the organization of international meetings.
  • Assist with budget monitoring.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER


  • You are a Master's student/ Bachelor student in a business school or equivalent university.
  • You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025 for 6 months.
  • You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university.
  • You ideally have previous experience in marketing development in the luxury industry.
  • You are fluent in French (to interact with French-speaking suppliers) and English.
