Mobile Software Engineer

Pour réussir, tu devras utiliser et développer :
- Tes compétences en programmation (connaissance du langage, des frameworks et des bonnes pratiques)
- Ta compréhension produit et business sur chaque projet
- Ta capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes (architecture, conception)
Concrètement, tu feras partie d'une équipe regroupant plusieurs profils : tech, product et delivery. L'objectif de cette équipe est de concevoir, développer et mettre en production des produits mobile à fort impact, dont certaines sont utilisées par des millions de personnes.
Pour s'assurer que nous sommes en train de réussir ça, tu regarderas plusieurs indicateurs :
- Le taux de réussite des mises en production, c'est à dire livrer à l'heure un code de qualité qui répond au besoins des utilisateurs. Objectif : 80% de mises en production réussie
- La satisfaction de ton client. Objectif : un Net Promoter Score supérieur à 60
Pour t'accompagner dans la réussite de ta mission, nous nous assurerons que tu sois dans les bonnes conditions pour progresser avec :
- Un système de formation basé sur une matrice de compétence dont tu es responsable
- Un tech lead pour t'accompagner dans ta progression technique
- Un coach pour ta progression dans la boite
Nous attendons aussi que tu participes au développement de BAM. Pour ce faire, tu as plusieurs leviers à ta disposition :
- Écrire des articles, parler à des conférences/meetups ou faire de l'open source
- Participer au recrutement des futurs BAMers en faisant passer des entretiens
- T'impliquer dans les ventes de nouveaux projets avec l'équipe sales
