L'équipe Tech
L'équipe Tech couvre l'ensemble de l'ingénierie de Lifen et travaille au développement de solutions qui ont un impact sur le quotidien de nombreux professionnels de santé.
Vous rejoindriez le projet Data Lab, qui vise à améliorer la prise de décision et les interventions cliniques en structurant et en analysant les données de santé. Le but est de travailler sur des projets de recherche et de qualité, collaborant étroitement avec des établissements de santé pour développer des solutions basées sur les données qui améliorent les résultats des patients et optimisent les processus de soins.
Au coeur du réacteur, l'équipe tech Data Lab joue un rôle crucial dans la structuration des données pour des projets de recherche et des initiatives de qualité. Ils collaborent étroitement avec des établissements de santé pour développer des partenariats et améliorer les processus de données.
L'équipe est composée de 1 Engineering Manager et de 3 Software Engineers qui sont en charge du développement de notre solution.
Notre stack technique est le suivant : Python, React, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq et PostgreSQL.
Vos missions en tant que Senior Software Engineer
- Vous serez en charge de la conception et de l'implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi que de la maintenance et de la mise à l'échelle du code existant ;
- Participer à la maintenance des outils et des bibliothèques internes ;
- Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez responsable des revues de code et que vous aidiez l'équipe à améliorer ses compétences ;
- Participer au mentorat des développeurs moins expérimentés et conduire des changements lorsqu'il s'agit de mettre en œuvre/changer les pratiques ;
- Tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités et maintenir une bonne couverture des tests ;
- Assurer les opérations de support sur les applications en production ;
- Participer à la maintenance de la veille technique (frameworks, outillage, etc.) ;
- Vous serez en charge de développer et de contribuer à notre architecture.
Le profil que nous recherchons
Une bonne expertise technique, 5+ ans d'expérience où vous avez eu l'occasion de contribuer activement à l'amélioration de l'équipe et de livrer des solutions techniques solides.
Track record en Python et React mais ouvert-e à travailler sur Ruby.
Pragmatique : Nous ne recherchons pas le meilleur design, mais quelque chose de solide (testé) et qui apporte de la valeur à nos clients.
Team player : Bien que la vitesse soit importante, vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et souhaitez consacrer du temps à amener des gens avec vous, à apprendre des autres, à coacher des développeurs plus jeunes, etc.
Langues : Vous avez de bonnes compétences de communication en anglais et en français pour vous engager avec tous les membres de l'équipe au sein de l'entreprise.
