Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and technical support of Electric Vehicles charging stations.
This role involves close collaboration with local teams and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- In this role, you will act as primary technical contact between the country’s engineering team and the global headquarters.
- Leading and managing the technical design process
- Coordinating with technical design offices in other countries to develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Digital, Operations, and Infrastructure, to define project requirements and deliverables for EV charging infrastructure.
- Ensuring all engineering activities adhere to local and international safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- You must have previous years of experience in an industrial engineering and operational environment, with a preference for experience in e-mobility or EV charging station operations. Experience in areas like EV supply equipment, battery engineering, grid interconnection, power conversion, power electronics, energy storage, or photovoltaic systems is also valuable.
- You are a pro with AutoCAD or similar design software.
- You have a Master’s degree in Electrical, E-Mobility, or Energy Engineering, along with relevant practical experience.
- Your English, both written and spoken is excellent.
