Bij NumWorks zoeken we iemand die de ambassadeur van onze NumWorks grafische rekenmachine wordt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk om het contact met onze belangrijkste stakeholders te onderhouden. Als gezicht van ons merk onderzoek je de behoeften van docenten wiskunde, behandel je vragen en feedback en vertaal je dit met het team naar de beste oplossingen.


Wat is NumWorks?

NumWorks is een jong en ambitieus bedrijf met als doel het vereenvoudigen van het leren van wiskunde en wetenschappen. Na een lancering in 2020 met een intuïtieve interface en een modern design doorgaat NumWorks nu een forse groei. Het is onze ambitie om die groei door te zetten en marktleider in Nederland te worden in de komende vijf jaar. Naast de grafische rekenmachine ontwikkelen we ook andere tools om het leven van leerlingen verder te vergemakkelijken en het wiskunde onderwijs nog beter te ondersteunen.


Om onze groei in Nederland door te kunnen zetten zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Country Manager Nederland.


Wat kan je verwachten?

Je wordt het gezicht van NumWorks in Nederland voor onze belangrijkste stakeholders: docenten wiskunde in het voortgezet onderwijs. Jouw takenpakket zal breed en divers zijn met een primaire focus op:

  • Commerciële ontwikkeling: je enthousiasmeert docenten voor NumWorks en bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige sales cyclus. Afhankelijk van de periode in het jaar schatten we in dat je hiervoor 20-40 procent van je tijd zult reizen tussen het hoofdkantoor en scholen in Nederland.
  • Productontwikkeling: je draagt zorg voor het effectief communiceren van feedback over functionaliteiten van onze producten aan de Product en Development teams.
  • Projectmanagement: je zult veelvuldig worden betrokken bij operationele en strategische projecten op Europees/wereldwijd niveau waar jij verantwoordelijk bent voor de Nederlandse implementatie.


Bij NumWorks krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om in je rol te groeien en je eigen ideeën in te brengen. Je zult deel uitmaken van het Marketing & Sales Europe team, dat gevestigd is in Parijs en ongeveer tien medewerkers telt. Binnen dit team zal je worden begeleid door en rapporteren aan Martijn Oost, onze Head of Teacher Relations & Director of Dutch Operations.


Ben jij de ideale kandidaat?

  • Je hebt een VWO diploma en WO master afgerond.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken.
  • Het bezitten van een rijbewijs is een plus.
  • Relevante werkervaring en affiniteit met bètavakken zijn een plus.
