Along with business growth, we are looking for:

SEQ (Safety, Environment, Quality) Engineer

(Location: Estrées Saint Denis, Oise)


Your responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyse & report OHS (Operational Health & Safety) & environmental risks and opportunities. Provide clear and accurate resulting recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with the local and European OHS & environmental regulations
  • Plan and drive relevant OHS & Environmental measures to ensure safe working environment to all employees
  • Lead OHS, environmental or quality projects, in collaboration with maintenance and production for continuous improvement
  • Maintain & improve SEQ management system, perform associated training and communication
  • Perform some QC control and its statistical analysis.
  • Lead complaints management & resolution thanks to tests & data analysis
  • Perform suppliers audit (EMEA)


Your profile:

  • Engineering degree in environment, quality, OHS, energy, process engineering or equivalent
  • Background in current OHS & Environment regulations & policies
  • Several years of experience on similar mission in industrial processing and project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
  • An open, positive and curious mind
  • Highly motivated, generate positive atmosphere and team spirit
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams and to lead projects
  • Drive, initiative, autonomy and self-confidence
  • Flexibility, proactivity, good planning and organization skills including communication and reporting
