Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans le Medical Device présent en France et aux US. En fort développement, cette entité est un acteur majeur dans le domaine de la neurochirurgie.


Afin d’accompagner son développement, cette entité recrute un Global Sourcing Leader (F/H).


Choses à savoir :

  • Raison : Création de poste
  • Rattachement : Directeur Achats
  • Enjeux : Mettre en œuvre la stratégie Achats & Implémenter des process
  • Chiffres clés : Equipe de 7 personnes, 200-300 fournisseurs, 1000 réf, 30 M€ budget achats).
  • Conditions : 65-80 K€ + P/O (10%).
  • Lieu : Paris 9 et Montmorency (95). Déplacements aux US à prévoir (25%)


Vos responsabilités :

  • Définir la stratégie d'approvisionnement.
  • Déterminer le processus de sélection des fournisseurs depuis l'appel d'offres (RFI/RFQ) jusqu'au comité de sélection des fournisseurs (SSC).
  • Identifier les risques liés aux matériaux/fournisseurs et exécuter le plan de résolution des problèmes afin de sécuriser la production et soutenir la continuité des activités.
  • Préparer et communiquer le budget annuel des matières premières (dépenses, consommations, niveau des stocks) en collaboration avec la Direction Financière.
  • Cartographier et développer un processus de révision des contrats.


Profil :

Pourquoi vous ?

  • Vous avez déjà évolué dans des environnements exigeants et réglementés.
  • Vous possédez une expérience dans le développement et l'exécution de stratégies et de programmes de fournisseurs impliquant la mise en place de partenariats.
  • Vous possédez une expérience réussie dans la gestion des risques et la conduite d'économies substantielles
