Job Purpose:


As an HR Apprentice, you will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR functions such as employee onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.


Principal Accountabilities / Critical tasks:


  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents, organizing orientation sessions, and managing employee files;
  • Help maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data;
  • Provide assistance with performance management activities, such as organizing performance reviews and tracking employee development;
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops;
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding company policies and procedures;
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and filing;
  • Participate in the French Works Council meetings and provide appropriate tools and documentation to support legal obligations (DUERP, BDES etc.);
  • Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR team.


Qualification Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program (Bac+3 minimum);
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong interest in HR and desire to learn HR processes and best practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work well in a remote team environment and manage time effectively.

Objectif du poste:


En tant qu'apprenti RH, vous aiderez le département des ressources humaines dans ses tâches administratives et opérationnelles quotidiennes. Vous aurez l'occasion d'apprendre et de contribuer à diverses fonctions RH telles que l'intégration des employés, la formation, la gestion des performances et les relations avec les employés.


Principales responsabilités / tâches essentielles:


  • Soutenir le processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés, notamment en préparant des documents, en organisant des séances d'orientation et en gérant les dossiers des employés;
  • Contribuer à la tenue des dossiers des employés, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la confidentialité des données relatives aux ressources humaines;
  • Contribuer aux activités de gestion des performances, telles que l'organisation des évaluations des performances et le suivi de l'évolution des employés;
  • Contribuer à l'organisation de programmes de formation et d'ateliers;
  • Répondre aux demandes des employés et leur fournir des informations sur les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise;
  • Soutenir l'équipe RH dans les tâches administratives générales telles que la préparation de rapports, la maintenance des bases de données RH et l'archivage;
  • Participer aux réunions du comité d'entreprise français et fournir les outils et la documentation appropriés pour soutenir les obligations légales (DUERP, BDES, etc.);
  • Participer à des projets RH spéciaux tels qu'assignés par l'équipe RH.


Qualifications requises:


  • Actuellement inscrit dans un programme de ressources humaines (Bac+3 minimum);
  • Anglais courant avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale;
  • Intérêt marqué pour les ressources humaines et désir d'apprendre les processus et les meilleures pratiques en la matière;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles;
  • Bon sens de l'organisation et souci du détail;
  • Capacité à traiter des informations sensibles en toute confidentialité;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Capacité à travailler à distance en équipe et à gérer efficacement son temps.
