Project Management Officier

FAYAT ÉNERGIE SERVICES GRANDS PROJETS, filiale de la Division FAYAT ÉNERGIE SERVICES, intervient dans le cadre de la maintenance, de l'exploitation, de la réhabilitation, des travaux, du déploiement, et de la conception à la réalisation d'infrastructures, de bâtiments et de process.
Fayat énergie services grands projets recrute un-e Project Management Officier (coordinateur de projet), rattaché au directeur de projet vos missions seront :
Gestion de grands projets :
Planification et suivi :
Élaborer des plans des projets détaillés en collaboration avec les chefs de projet ;
Suivre la progression des projets, identifier les écarts et proposer des solutions ;
Travaille en collaboration avec le contrôleur des coûts pour établir des plannings avec allocations des ressources
Gestion des risques :
Identifier les risques potentiels contractuels et financiers et développer des plans d'action ;
Mettre en œuvre des processus pour minimiser les risques tout au long des projets.
Coordination et communication :
Assurer une communication fluide entre les différents interlocuteurs et parties prenantes ;
Etablissement et suivi des processus, des politiques et des normes pour la gestion du projet ;
Animer des réunions ;
Amélioration continue ;
Mettre en place des processus d'amélioration continue ;
Évaluer les performances des projets et proposer des améliorations.
De formation ingénieur ou équivalent vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle similaire et vous disposez de solides compétences en gestion de projets. La connaissance des outils MS project et primavera p6 est un plus.
