Technical Competency
ServiceNow HAM experience
ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment
Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of servicenow
Participate in the Technical and Strategic board discussion
Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how ServiceNow support their IT needs
Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform

g. Providing industry-standard architectural point of views and solutions
h. A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
Behavioral competency
Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively
Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
Good-to-Have
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
Java developer certification
Skills
a. Excellent technical knowledge on ServiceNow Platform
b. Very good knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM , ITAM , CSDM.
c. Preferred to possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area
d. Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture that satisfies a client’s requirements
e. Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
f. A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
g. Excellent communication and presentation skills
