Tasks
Coordinate release and deployment management activities to ensure effective service management;
Assist in supporting models and managing the transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model;
Make improvements to the release process regularly, aiming for consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality releases;
Ensure quality is maintained throughout the service delivery process within the area of release and deployment management;
Coordinate and ensure the quality of operational documentation review and delivery;
Build and maintain strong relationships with operational peers to oversee and ensure all service lines are provided in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Additional Tasks
Support the integration of new users to Core Business Systems, if needed.
Support the amendment and the adaptation of the release process to the new agile environment.
Education Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master's degree or equivalent), after secondary school.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in release and deployment management, including DevOps activities and/or transition into operations activities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
Certification in ITIL/ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation and/or ITIL Specialist;
Certification in DevOps Fundamentals or Foundation;
Certification in Prince 2 and/or Agile methodologies is considered an asset;
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle;
Working experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery is considered an asset;
Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Qualification, Knowledge and Skills
Experience with JIRA and other ITSM tools
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously;
Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated;

Understanding of project management and support issues including managing risks issues quality and action logs;
Strong cross-group collaboration abilities;
