L'équipe projet Paris 2024 cherche un Quantity Surveyor (économiste de la construction) - H/F, dans le cadre d'un stage de 6 mois, basé à Paris.
Le/la Quantity Surveyor (économiste de la construction), est le garant de l’évolution du périmètre des prestations du projet ; prestations confirmées et potentielles.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
- Pilotage, suivi et mise à jour des fichiers de suivi présentant le détail des commandes client, sur la base notamment
- Des modifications successives des plans (design)
- Des confirmations de commandes clients
- Du suivi des variations de commandes
- Reporting à l’ensemble de l’équipe projet de l’évolution du périmètre du projet
- Pilotage, suivi et mise à jour des Variations de contrat :
- Suivi et pilotage des demandes de variations/commandes complémentaires reçues de la part du client
- Suivi et pilotage des propositions techniques engendrant des modifications / annulations / ajouts de prestations
- Suivi et pilotage des modifications de conditions d’exécutions du contrat
- Chiffrage des variations
- Pilotage, suivi, mise à jour et Reporting de l’évolution attendue, confirmée et potentielle du Chiffre d'Affaire (C.A.) par contrat
- Pilotage, suivi et mise à jour de l’ensemble des documents justificatifs des prestations effectuées (validations client, livrables, états des lieux contradictoire et transferts de responsabilité (hand-over), etc.)
Profil
Tu es étudiant au sein d'une grande école (ingénieur/commerce) ?
Tu es un(e) expert(e) sur Excel et sur l’ensemble du pack Office ?
Tu as d’excellentes capacités analytiques et/ou de synthèse ?
Tu as un très bon relationnel et une belle capacité d’écoute ?
Tu es organisé(e), disponible et aime le travail en équipe ?
Tu as un niveau d’Anglais opérationnel ?
