A propos de l'offre d'emploi :

Nous recherchons un(e) pilote développement produit à rejoindre notre équipe en région parisienne pour assurer le développement du portefeuille produits MINTH à destination de nos clients constructeurs automobiles (OEM).


Rôle & Responsabilités :

En tant que « Product Development - Pilot Egineer», vous faites partie de l’équipe R&D internationale. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur technique privilégié des clients en Europe et l’interface par excellence entre les clients et les équipes MINTH.

Vous avez la responsabilité d’assurer la gestion de l’interface technique entre MINTH et les clients (OEM), et vous prenez toutes mesures nécessaires pour réussir le développement du portefeuille produits MINTH en répondant aux besoins des clients (OEM).


Missions :

Piloter et gérer l’interface technique avec les clients (OEM) afin de réussir la prospection et le développement technico-commercial des produits MINTH, en respectant les intérêts et les objectifs de MINTH :

 Gérer et assurer le contenu technique pendant la phase d’acquisition (RFQ/RFI).

 Fournir du support technique à l’équipe projet pendant la phase de développement, afin de respecter les objectifs QCD.

 Participer au suivi du projet en phase de production : support technique, productivité, optimisation et capitalisation.

 Participer à la standardisation et à la mise en place de la stratégie de nos produits : définir les normes de conception, déployer des meilleures pratiques, améliorer la compétitivité, définir et appliquer la stratégie produit.

 Participer à l’innovation et organiser des expositions des solutions techniques en lien avec les clients (OEM).

 Participer à la prospection, à l’analyse et à l’identification des besoins clients, à la veille technologique et concurrentielle.

 Participer à la résolution des problèmes produits imprévus et/ou complexes.


Profil recherché :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 ou plus (école d’ingénieur : automobile, mécanique/matériaux, génie industriel et sciences technologiques ou similaire).

Vous avez 3 ans d’expérience dans le développement des produits automobile, dont minimum 1 an sur un poste similaire chez un équipementier rang1 (Tier1) ou un constructeur (OEM).

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances générales du secteur automobile : marché automobile, constructeurs & équipementiers, produits et procès, projet, qualité, supply-chain, etc.

Vous avez l’expérience sur des pièces de BiW (Body-in-White), extérieures et/ou de châssis. Vous êtes connaisseur des procédés et des technologies de production et de transformation des différentes matières (aluminium, acier, plastic…).

Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais, une troisième langue (chinois, espagnol, italien, allemand) sera un plus.

Vous maitrisez les outils de design et bureautique (Catia, Pack Office, etc.).

Vous êtes bon communicant, vous êtes à l’aise avec des interlocuteurs divers dans un environnement international. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à anticiper, ainsi que votre rigueur et votre esprit d’équipe.
