Dans le cadre du développement de ses équipes, notre client, expert de la mobilité internationale et Entreprise de la French Tech 120 nous confie la recherche de son futur Head of Cash Management (H/F).


Rattaché au Directeur Financier Groupe, le Head of Cash management supervise la facturation clients, le recouvrement, et la trésorerie du Groupe avec l’appui d’une responsable et d’une équipe de 3 personnes.


Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Garantir l’envoi de factures exactes et dans les délais pour nos clients
  • Garantir le recouvrement des créances clients et contribuer activement à l’amélioration du BFR
  • Suivre les balances âgées clients
  • Créer la relation avec les partenaires bancaires et le factor du Groupe (ouvertures/fermetures de comptes, négociation de services, pouvoirs bancaires…)
  • Suivre quotidiennement les positions de trésorerie des entités du Groupe
  • Suivre chaque semaine la position du cash-pooling et réaliser les équilibrages
  • Animer et challenger les prévisions de trésorerie de chacune des filiales du Groupe, et établir les prévisions pour la maison mère et ses filiales françaises
  • Assurer les campagnes de règlement hebdomadaires pour les entités françaises
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration du résultat financier et contrôler les frais et les commissions bancaires
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des process et des outils


Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) de niveau Bac+5 Spécialisé en Finance et/ou trésorerie, vous justifiez d'une expérience préalable d'au moins 5 à 8 ans en trésorerie ou en cash management.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, avec une bonne capacité d’analyse et savez faire preuve de discrétion.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, savez être force de proposition et faites preuve d’un excellent sens relationnel.
  • Un niveau d’anglais courant (écrit et parlé) est indispensable pour le poste, en raison des échanges réguliers avec l’ensemble des filiales et partenaires bancaires à l’étranger.


Le poste est basé à Wasquehal (59). Télétravail 2 jours/semaine.
