Mon client, un acteur mondial spécialisé dans l'immobilier et actuellement en pleine expansion, est à la recherche d'un Chef de Projet IRVE en freelance, pour un projet d'une durée d'1.5 à 2 ans.
- Gestion de projet et planification du déploiement, responsable de la définition du champ d'application, de la budgétisation et de la planification des étapes pour les sites de chargement individuels et les programmes de déploiement multi-sites plus importants.
- Très axé sur le client : Un alignement total est nécessaire avec le locataire dans la conception et l'exécution, afin de minimiser les perturbations et de maximiser la satisfaction.
- Assurer un déploiement dans les délais, avec une livraison de haute qualité et dans le respect du budget.
- Gérer nos partenaires sélectionnés pour l'ingénierie, l'obtention des permis, la fourniture d'électricité, les travaux de génie civil, les travaux électriques et la mise en service.
- Approuver les conceptions des sites de recharge, en s'assurant de l'alignement avec les plans de Prologis pour les centres de recharge, et de l'adhésion aux codes techniques locaux.
- Organiser les meilleurs devis, accorder les projets à nos partenaires EPC sélectionnés.
- Veiller à ce que tous les processus d'autorisation et de connexion au réseau soient exécutés.
- Coordination et exécution des demandes de subventions potentielles.
- Veiller à l'application correcte des normes de qualité et de sécurité, y compris par tous les contractants externes.
- Assurer une mise en service complète et de haute qualité, y compris la documentation d'acceptation et la documentation complète stockée dans les systèmes appropriés de Prologis.
- Suivi continu et rapports transparents sur le calendrier, le budget et les défis.
- Gérer les relations avec les principales parties prenantes, y compris les locataires et les fournisseurs. S'intégrer harmonieusement dans l'organisation locale de l'entreprise.
Votre profil :
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet/déploiement d'infrastructures de recharge.
- Expérience dans la relation client.
- Anglais courant.
