Dans un contexte de croissance rapide, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) et polyvalent(e) pour assister notre CEO dans ses tâches quotidiennes et ses décisions stratégiques. Ce poste offre une opportunité exceptionnelle de découvrir les rouages de la direction d’une entreprise en plein essor.
Vos missions :
- Assister le CEO dans la gestion des opérations quotidiennes et participer activement à la prise de décisions stratégiques.
- Définir et exécuter une stratégie go-to-market pour les formations et les produits internes
- Développer et exécuter une stratégie de développement commercial pour étendre notre activité de conseil, en identifiant de nouveaux clients et en consolidant les relations existantes.
- Coordonner des projets transverses en lien avec les différentes équipes (community management, consultants data scientists).
- Préparer les réunions stratégiques, aide au pitch, suivre les actions à mettre en œuvre.
- Réaliser une veille stratégique pour identifier et analyser les opportunités de marché.
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des initiatives de croissance, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le CEO.
Profil recherché :
- Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’une Grande École de Commerce / d’Ingénieur / Sciences-Po / Master avec une spécialisation en management, stratégie, innovation ou domaine connexe.
- Une ou des première(s) expérience(s) dans des environnements exigeants (Conseil, Finance, Scale-up)
- Forte capacité d’analyse, esprit stratégique, et sens aigu de l’organisation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, et à prendre des initiatives.
- Expérience ou intérêt marqué pour la définition de stratégies go-to-market et le développement business.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion de projets.
- Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation technologique et l'intelligence artificielle.
- Adaptabilité, esprit entrepreneurial, et envie de relever des défis dans un environnement dynamique.
