Project Details


RTE (Réseau de Transport de l’Electricité) a pour mission de créer un nouvel axe électrique entre les zones électriques à 400 kV de la Gironde et de la Loire-Atlantique, d’une capacité de transit de 2 GW minimum à l’horizon 2032-2034. C’est le projet GiLA.

Le nouvel axe électrique sera constitué d’une double liaison en technologie courant continu 320 kV souterraine et sous-marine de 410 km environ (275 km de liaison sous-marine et 135 km de liaison souterraine).

Les points exacts de départ et d’arrivée des liaisons sont encore à définir, en lien avec les études techniques, environnementales et la concertation avec le territoire qui seront menées sur le projet.

Les enjeux principaux de ce projet dans les mois à venir, pour sa partie liaison sous-marine, seront la finalisation des études de dérisquage :

Géophysique et géotechnique sous-marine en mer, jusqu’aux atterrages

Etude de risque lié à la pêche et à la navigation

Etude de risque météo-océanique et hydrosédimentaire

Faisabilité des travaux aux atterrages

Ces études permettant la détermination d’un fuseau de moindre impact et d’un tracé de principe en mer, y compris la détermination des points d’atterrage des câbles sous-marins (en ceci, compris la validation d’un tracé nearshore et d’un basic-design de la solution de génie-civil à l’atterrage).

Role Definition


Le candidat rejoindra l’équipe du projet « Gironde – Loire Atlantique » sous la coordination du Chef de Lot « Liaison Sous-Marine » (LSM).

Au sein de l’équipe, vous apportez votre expérience des travaux et méthodes d’installation en mer et votre capacité à travailler en groupe, avec les autres membres de l’équipe (experts techniques, permitting, consenting, legal, HSE, qualité, PMO, etc.) pour garantir le choix d’une solution qui sera le meilleur compromis technico-économico-environnemental.


Missions :

Vous :

  • Pilotez puis exploitez le résultat des surveys géophysiques et géotechniques en mer qui ont débuté à l’été 2024 (partie géophysique) et qui reprendront au printemps 2025 (partie géotechnique et UXO préalables) ;
  • Pilotez puis exploitez les résultats de différentes études de dérisquage ;
  • Pilotez et challengez l’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage du projet dans le choix des solutions techniques proposées ;
  • Êtes force de proposition pour trouver des solutions techniques optimales, dans le respect des spécifications techniques de RTE ;
  • Rapportez directement sur l’ensemble de vos activités au Chef de Lot LSM.





Qualification


  • Issu d’une formation Bac + 4/5 (ingénieur, ou diplôme de 3e cycle, idéalement spécialisé génie maritime)
  • Niveau confirmé avec expérience de 4 à 7 ans minimum dans le domaine de la pose de conduites offshore: expérience en matière d’ingénierie et méthode, une expérience opérationnelle travaux est un plus, une expérience en travaux nearshore / milieu estuarien est un plus.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français obligatoire (écrit et oral)
  • Capacité d’adaptation pour s’insérer dans une équipe projet déjà en place
  • Capacité démontrée à coordonner et animer parfaitement toutes les parties prenantes d'un projet
  • Résistance au stress
  • Fort esprit de synthèse
  • Qualités rédactionnelles
  • Qualités de communication et d’écoute pour mener à bien les missions en intégrant la dimension multiculturelle et la complexité organisationnelle inhérente à ce type de projet
