JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to create and grow Superprof in Hispano-speaking regions. Working directly with management on-site, the role will cover the full spectrum of market management and development: driving the SEO strategy, competitive intelligence, market expansion, and, eventually, the management of a team. Superprof has strong in-house expertise, so knowledge transfer will be straightforward.

Responsibilities to Launch Superprof in Hispano-Speaking Markets:

  • Translate and adapt content from www.superprof.fr for the local market, including templates for communication with Superprof users
  • Support the configuration of the platform (setting up cities, subjects, educational levels, extracurriculars, etc.)
  • Propose operational improvements (process simplification, automation)


Responsibilities to Develop Business in Hispano-Speaking Markets:

  • Define market strategy and set priorities (business model, acquisitions, objectives)
  • Promote the project in local media
  • Manage and execute the SEO strategy to improve Superprof ranking
  • Oversee market activities and ensure brand presence
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across email, phone, and social networks
  • Guide tutors in creating engaging profiles with quality photos and texts
  • Facilitate connections between teachers and students and adapt features from the main site to meet local needs


REQUIREMENTS

  • In-depth knowledge of the culture and market dynamics of Hispano-speaking regions
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in French is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with web culture and technical fundamentals
  • Proactive, adaptive, and self-driven with a desire for autonomy
  • Enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment and as part of a team
  • Committed to seeing projects through to success and fostering market growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Selected candidates will go through:

  • A 15-20 minute introductory call
  • An interview
  • A possible third interview for further clarification if needed
