**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Developer with expertise in SailPoint to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, with a particular focus on SailPoint. This role involves the implementation and management of security access systems both within the enterprise and in cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring connectors, building, and releasing Identity Access-related changes, and integrating applications within a distributed environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **SailPoint Implementation and Management:**
- Develop, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
- Troubleshoot and configure connectors for seamless integration with various enterprise systems.
- Build, release, and import Identity Access-related changes within SailPoint.
2. **Enterprise Workflow Management:**
- Understand and manage enterprise workflows to perform advanced troubleshooting.
- Create advanced workflows to streamline identity and access management processes.
3. **Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration:**
- Expertly integrate identity technologies within a distributed environment.
- Manage security access systems within both enterprise and cloud environments, including Federation and SAML technologies.
4. **Advanced IAM Environment Management:**
- Provide advanced understanding and support of an IAM environment, focusing on SailPoint and related technologies such as Active Directory and SAP.
- Ensure secure integration and management of IAM systems, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and configuring connectors within SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, with the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and create complex workflows.
- Expertise in building, releasing, and importing Identity Access-related changes in SailPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of identity technologies and their integration within a distributed environment.
- Experience with the implementation and management of security access systems within enterprise and cloud environments (e.g., Federation, SAML).
- Advanced understanding of IAM environments, including SailPoint, Active Directory, and SAP.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
