Operational Controller

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un "Operational Controller" basé à Saint Brieuc pour l'activité éolienne offshore chez l'un des principaux fournisseurs d'énergie au monde et le leader des énergies renouvelables.
Le contrôleur opérationnel du parc sera chargé de gérer les opérations haute tension du parc éolien, de surveiller et de contrôler l'état de l'installation par le biais de systèmes SCADA, de gérer le système de permis de travail et de superviser les opérations maritimes.
Au cours de la phase de construction, le contrôleur suivra la mise en service du site. Il/elle sera également formé(e) aux règles électriques du groupe et sera habilité(e) jusqu’à 225kV.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Exécuter des opérations haute tension de déconnexion et reconnexion du parc.
- Préparer les procédures de manœuvres électriques
- Vérifier les procédures, les analyses de risque, les certificats et habilitations des prestataires et gérer le système de délivrance de permis de travail
- Surveiller et superviser le parc éolien offshore a distance via le système SCADA
- Piloter à distance les équipements
- Assurer la liaison avec RTE et les négociants pour gérer les demandes opérationnelles du réseau de distribution
- Être le premier point de contact en cas d'urgence pour engager et activer les services d'intervention d'urgence et le plan d'intervention.
- Coordonner le trafic maritime sur le site et les navires transitant entre le site et le port.
- Surveiller les mouvements de navires et de personnel via l’utilisation d’outils de suivi du personnel et des navires afin de garantir la localisation du personnel en cas de situation d’urgence.
- Surveiller les conditions météorologiques et la position des navires a l’intérieur et au voisinage du parc éolien.

De formation Bac+2 ou plus dans le domaine de l’électricité / électrotechnique, vous êtes rigoureux(se), responsable et affirmé(e), vous êtes un bon(ne) communicant(e) et vous aimez travailler en équipe.
Vous maîtrisez l’informatique et adoptez les nouvelles technologies et leurs avantages et avez une capacité à gérer des priorités contradictoires et à prendre des décisions tout en étant sous pression sans compromettre la sécurité.
