Your Role and Responsibilities
o Vous êtes chargé de diriger une équipe de projet afin de fournir une solution au client en utilisant les mesures commerciales appropriées et les conditions du projet conformément à la charte de projet, à l'accord de projet ou au contrat.
o Vous avez la responsabilité globale de la gestion du champ d'application, des coûts, du calendrier et des livrables contractuels, ce qui inclut l'application de techniques de planification, de suivi, de contrôle des changements et de gestion des risques.
o Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de toutes les ressources du projet, y compris les sous-traitants, et de l'établissement d'un plan de communication efficace avec l'équipe du projet et le client.
o Vous fournissez des orientations quotidiennes à l'équipe de projet et des mises à jour régulières sur l'état d'avancement du projet ainsi que des demandes de soutien aux parties prenantes du projet.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
o Profil Responsable communication senior ayant une appétence les nouvelles technologies (Gen AI, Quantum)
o Connaissance générale technologies d'IA/IA Générative et du métier bancaire.
o Capacité à se saisir de nouveaux sujets et de monter en compétences rapidement.
o Capacité d'adaptation, proactivité, prise d'€™initiatives et résolution de problèmes.
o Capacités rédactionnelles et orales français et anglais : synthèse, rapports et présentations.
o Capacités à gérer lâ'exposition du rôle : travail avec exécutifs clients et IBM.
o Suivi rigoureux et minutieux, communication constante sur l'avancement du projet.
o Maîtrise de la suite Office.
