Our display color analyzers for measuring the color and luminance of displays, and spectrophotometers, colorimeters and other color measuring instruments used for essential color management in many manufacturing plants play important roles in supporting various manufacturing industries. Job purpose:
Receive and register devices in the database.
After maintenance/ repair, close the case and return the devices to the customers.
Send out reminders regarding after-sales service invoices.

Réceptionner et enregistrer les appareils dans la base de données.
Après intervention, procéder à la cloture des interventions et retourner les appareils aux clients.
Etablir des relances d’impayé concernant les factures SAV.
Your tasks:
- Receive devices for after-sales service
- Record the devices received in our CRM (database)
- Establish quotes related to maintenance/ repairs and respond to requests for price offers.
- Close case and ship equipment
- Send the devices to our Europe Technical Center or to our subcontractors
- Respond to credit requests and ensure repayment
- Answer incoming calls to inform customers about current maintenance.
- Process maintenance/ repairs in SAP (Creation and closure of cases, consultation and account creation, etc.)

- Réceptionner les appareils à destination du SAV
- Enregistrer les appareils reçu dans notre CRM (base de dnnées)
- Etablir les devis relatifs aux interventions et répondre aux demandes d‘offres de prix.
- Cloturer les interventions et expédier les équipements
- Faire suivre les appareils à notre Centre Technique Europe ou chez nos sous-traitants
- Répondre aux demandes de prêt et s’assurer de la restitution
- Répondre aux appels entrants pour renseigner les clients sur les intervention en cours.
- Proceder au traitement des interventions dans SAP (Création et cloture d’intervention, consultation et création de compte…..)
Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge
- Email communication
- English (Speaking and writing)
- Organized and analytic approach
- Customer centric
- Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
