Job Brief:

Responsible for leading the company's financial strategy and operations. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies to ensure the company's sustainable growth and profitability. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and advice to support the company's strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide strong leadership and display agility in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, capital expenditure, working capital and expense controls.
  2. Strategic planning and development of finance strategies to meet profit, growth and ROE/ROIC objectives; sets medium and long-term financial and operational targets for the company.
  3. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to explain current business trends, predict future opportunities and risks, and develop scenario planning.
  4. Monitoring and improving P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast accuracy.
  5. Provide strategic leadership and lead change in business and organisation transformation, and define long-term vision and success for the company.

Qualifications：

  • Master degree or above, more than 8 years of financial management work experience, French enterprise/local financial work experience in France;
  • Have comprehensive financial and accounting professional theoretical knowledge, business management knowledge, familiar with French financial, tax, audit laws and regulations;
  • Excellent financial team management ability; International/African financial management experience is a plus;
  • With excellent data analysis ability, good at financial forecasting, budget, control, accounting, analysis and other work;
  • Familiar with Office software, financial software, SAP, OA, etc.;
  • French and English can be used as working languages;
  • This position is based in Toulouse, France for a long time, and international travel needs (including Africa, Asia and other regions) are required when necessary.
