ABOUT THE JOB


Reporting to the International Marketing Manager (APAC/TR WW), you will be responsible for the delivery of go-to market strategies on local markets' level, to support local marketing initiatives, as well as collecting and analysing the performance of launches and animations. Your strong communication skills are vital to align with all stakeholders, this position also requires full engagement and efficient communication across functions (Development Marketing, Content, Communications, Training, Ecommerce, Demand Planning, Puig CPS…) and all the markets within your scope.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • You will support the International Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies: idealise regional marketing plans (excluding China) and priorities in line with global strategic initiatives to support commercial objectives and generate growth for APAC region and Travel Retail.
  • Top market strategy: You will support the strategic focus for globally identified top markets in APAC (excluding China).
  • Coordinate market specific mechanisms to support activities in these strategic markets to drive additional growth & productivity.
  • Travel Retail WW: You will develop strong relationships with WW TR teams (be the key liaison on all topics). Support the development of TR specific toolkits to help optimise openings and local plans to reach global TR targets.
  • You will be the centre liaison between HQ and markets: you will deliver the brand identity and global strategies to support all our trade channels including own retail, regional byredo.com (excluding China), travel retail and wholesale. You are the brand guardian to ensure there are no compromises of equity in order to deliver commercial sales, creating a powerful link between brand vision and the local market needs and nuances.
  • You will support the markets in their construction of local marketing plan and initiatives through operational monitoring of market requests (daily requests such as samples, communication tools, visuals, product requests ), and contribute to the management of needs (presentations, tools, catalogs, information ).
  • You will facilitate the development of global 360 plans by supporting internal HQ teams on gathering and integrating regional/market specific trade animation needs.
  • You will support the development of go-to-market animation kits, tools and guidelines.
  • You will analyse post launch / campaign performances (quantitative & qualitative).
  • You will support the organization of major events and store openings: be the key liaison between markets and HQ relevant teams – you help facilitate the general planning of development of the animations.
  • You will develop an in-depth understanding to anticipate local market trends and understand local consumer purchase behaviour to be able to identify the gap in current marketing strategy and explore new marketing opportunities.
  • You will oversee one International Marketing Assistant (Internship)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER


  • You have 3 years of experience in an Operational Marketing or Trade Marketing function in the luxury sector (Fashion and / or Perfumery).
  • You are fluent in English (French optional).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites is a must: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • You are organized and a multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency.
  • You have a high level of analytical acumen and attention to detail.
  • You are dynamic, curious, adaptable and enthusiastic.
  • You are recognized for your ability to work independently.
  • Prior exposure to APAC platforms is ideal.
