Hey there We’re on the lookout for an energetic, bilingual (English and French) Operations Ninja to work closely with our CEO at AdCreative.ai.

We need someone who's not just tech-savvy but also super organized and great at managing relationships. If you’ve got a knack for keeping things running smoothly and a background in digital advertising, you could be just who we’re looking for.

Here’s the scoop on what you’ll be doing:

  1. Keep the Inbox in Check: Stay on top of the CEO’s emails, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  2. Handle the Bills: Whip up and send out invoices to keep the cash flow smooth.
  3. Social Savvy: Manage messages on LinkedIn and other social platforms—be our voice and ears online
  4. Network Like a Pro: Reach out and set up key meetings and partnerships that help us grow.
  5. Travel Planner: Organize all the travel details, so everything’s ready to go without a hitch.

Think you’re right for the job? Here’s what we’re looking for:


  1. Bilingual Bonanza: Fluent in both English and French to help us communicate smoothly.
  2. Tech Whiz: Comfortable with digital tools, from managing emails to handling social media platforms and office software.
  3. Experience Counts: You’ve got at least 1 years under your belt in an admin or executive support role, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
  4. Communication Pro: Top-notch communication skills—because you’ll be our chief in arranging meetings, responding to messages, and sending out those invoices.
  5. Organization Guru: Exceptional organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and keep everything running like clockwork.
