Akuo Western Europe and Overseas (AWEO) est la filiale du Groupe Akuo Energy responsable des projets localisés en Europe de l'Ouest et dans les Outre-mers. AWEO recherche dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité un(e) Project Controller. Au sein de l'équipe financière de la Région, pour le périmètre France, vous aurez la responsabilité du suivi du contrôle de gestion et de la vie juridique d'un périmètre d'environ 12 sociétés projets détenant chacune une centrale solaire ou éolienne.
Vous vous assurerez de la bonne :
- Gestion des sociétés projets,
- Relation avec les partenaires financiers
- Synthétisation des informations pertinentes afin de les remonter au management.
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
Etablir le reporting financier
- Elaborer le reporting financier mensuel et trimestriel pour toutes les entités projets du périmètre (sociétés en développement),
- Consolider des données de gestion des entités dans le respect des délais impartis,
- Sécuriser (contrôle) les données du reporting financier mensuel et trimestriel.
Participation active à la clôture des sociétés projets
- Assurer l'interface entre le service comptabilité, le service opérationnel, le service juridique et les intervenants externes,
- Assurer la concordance des données de gestion avec les données comptables,
- Fournir au service comptabilité l'ensemble des informations opérationnelles nécessaires à la clôture des comptes des sociétés projets,
- Aide à la présentation des éléments nécessaires à l'élaboration des bilans (intermédiaire et final),
- Analyser les comptes de provisions, immobilisations et haut de bilan pour l'élaboration des états financiers de fin d'exercice (ou reporting intermédiaire).
Suivi du budget et de la trésorerie
- Suivi des coûts de développement et d'exploitation des sociétés projets du périmètre,
- Elaboration des fichiers de suivi des coûts et contexte des sociétés en développement qui rentrent en structuration,
- Analyse des écarts et alerte en cas de dérive,
- Elaboration de projections de trésorerie,
Vos principaux interlocuteurs seront :
- Ensemble des pôles de la direction financière et du service financement (comptabilité, trésorerie, financement),
- Ingénieurs / chefs de projets opérationnels (ex : développement et asset management & operations)
- Service juridique,
- Commissaires aux Comptes,
- Cabinets D'Expertises Comptables,
- Actionnaires.
- Formation Bac +5 en Gestion / Finance
- Expérience significative d'au moins 3 ans en contrôle de gestion de projet / Financement de projet ou en audit
- Organisé(e), Autonome, Polyvalent(e), Bon Relationnel, Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Peut travailler dans un environnement informel (groupe en plein développement)
