L'opportunité


Le/la Operating Partner sera rattaché(e) à l’équipe Performance du bureau de Paris.


L’équipe Performance fournit un support à la demande aux équipes de direction, en tirant parti de son expertise transversale pour créer de la valeur sur des initiatives telles que la croissance du chiffre d'affaires (tarification, excellence des ventes), les fusions et acquisitions, la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou l'internationalisation.


Il/Elle aura pour responsabilité de mettre à profit son expérience et parcours en matière de stratégie, de création de valeur et opérationnel pour identifier, évaluer et soutenir les opportunités de croissance des entreprises innovantes du portefeuille.


Profil recherché


Le/la futur(e) collaborateur(trice) devra justifier d'une formation supérieure de type bac+5 :

  • Grande Ecole d'Ingénieurs et/ou de Commerce de top niveau
  • MBA et/ou 3eme cycle universitaire réputé à l’international


La pratique de l’anglais et du français est indispensable. La maitrise d’une autre langue européenne (espagnol, italien, allemand, néerlandais…) est un plus indéniable pour le poste.


Le/la candidat(e) aura minimum 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle présentant a minima :

  • 4/5 ans de conseil en stratégie de premier plan
  • Et idéalement 4/5 ans dans un rôle opérationnel dans un secteur innovant : technologies de l’information, santé…


Une forte exposition à l’international sera demandée.
