We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Project Manager Office (PMO) to join the Vallourec Digital & Information System Division (VDIS), our Global Information System Departement. A passionate and multicultural team of 300 people spread out over 8 countries (France, UK, Brazil, China, Indonesia, UAE, Saudi Arabia & the US) is working on over 250 different worldwide projects.


As a PMO in this global team you will be in charge of coordinating all the IT and Digital projects for a specific geographic area (EMEA).


Your main mission will be:


  • Project planning and monitoring: defining the milestones, managing the budgets and resources required for each project. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
  • Team coordination: ensuring communication and collaboration between the various project stakeholders.
  • Reporting: drafting project progress and monitoring reports for management.
  • Process improvement: identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimise project management.


Skills and Background expected for this role:


  • At least a first experience as a PMO with 1-2 years of Project management experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A first experience in an Agile Environment would be a plus as well as the knowledge of BI tools
