Context:
The ITAM program provides IT asset data data and global dashboard to Group and Entities teams.
IT Asset Management (ITAM) aims to provide reliable, secure and consistent IT asset data across functions (IT ops, Procurement, Finance, Security...) by keeping track of an organization's IT assets throughout lifecycle management (from procurement to disposal).
IT asset data are based on ServiceNow (ITSM for Hardware, Network, Workplace...) and Qualys (Software).
