DESCRIPTION :
Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en appui à la structuration de la plateforme LMS au sein de notre Direction des Ressources Humaines, service Développement des compétences. Le stage consiste à organiser le catalogue d'offre d'actions de développement de compétences sur notre plateforme interne « HI Academy » (LMS).
Vos principales activités seront :
Activité 1 : Contribuer à la proposition d'une architecture du catalogue alignée avec l'organisation des métiers et des compétences d'Handicap International. Vous devrez proposer une nouvelle structuration coconstruite avec les Pôles « Métiers » et établir un plan d'action pour intégrer cette nouvelle architecture.
Activité 2 : Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de cette nouvelle architecture. Vous serez responsable du transfert de l'ensemble des chemins et des modules dans la nouvelle architecture. Vous devrez également vérifier que le moteur de recherche fonctionne pour chacune des compétences métiers HI.
PROFIL:
Nous recherchons un profil ayant une licence ou une maîtrise en Ingénierie pédagogique avec une spécialisation en plateforme LMS. Une expérience professionnelle en administration/gestion de LMS serait un plus, notamment une expérience avec 360 Learning.
Vous devrez faire preuve d'autonomie sur votre périmètre de responsabilité ainsi que de capacité relationnelle et collaborative.
La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français à un niveau professionnel est également requise.
En termes de compétences informatiques, vous devrez maîtriser le fonctionnement des LMS, Excel et la gestion de fichiers CSV pour l'import de données.

Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, métro). Un parking voitures et un parc à vélos sont également à disposition. Au sein du bâtiment, des rampes d'accès et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situés en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles à chaque étage pour travailler dans le calme si nécessaire. L'espace de travail est très lumineux.
Une référente handicap est présente pour répondre aux éventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos démarches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut être aménagé.
