YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY 2.1.
Planning and Teaching Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Preschool Teaching (UTS): Teachers are expected to deliver 30 teaching periods per week, plus 2 fixed ECA or Tutorial periods.
On occasion, operational needs may require up to 33 periods per week, 35 minutes per period.
Kindergarten Teaching (IMA) : Teachers are expected to teach & deliver lessons according to the provided teaching timetable and pacing as scheduled following the Montessori Method for students aged 18months to 5 years old.
Operational Flexibility: Teachers may be asked to adjust their schedules occasionally to meet the needs of the school community, which includes supporting colleagues by covering classes when necessary.
Lesson Planning: Teachers will have access to a repository of PowerPoint lessons which can be adapted as necessary.
However, there will also be occasions where teachers are expected to create their own lesson plans.

Parent Engagement and Student Wellbeing Attend annual parent-teacher meetings as scheduled.
Collaborate with local teachers to effectively communicate with parents about academic and social matters, including follow-ups on reports and during parent-teacher meetings.
Regularly update student progress each quarter in our LMS system.
Ensure a purposeful and safe learning environment for all students.

Curriculum Revision Give feedback on the school curriculum when necessary.
Assist in the development and revision of the school's syllabi and materials if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 3.1.
Qualifications A university degree in a relevant field.
Professional teaching certifications/qualification/license as required.
Candidates with additional qualifications such as a PGCE, QTS, master's degree, or other advanced degrees in education will be given preferential consideration.
3.2.
Experiences & Skills At least two years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or bilingual school environment, demonstrating a successful track record in engaging and elevating student learning.
Familiarity with the US Common Core and Oxford International Curriculum (OIC) is highly desirable.
Exceptional teaching abilities with proven expertise in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and the ability to design and execute educational interventions that address the varied learning needs of students.
Adequate skills in IT, including the creation of interactive presentations (PPTs). Fluent in English with a clear accent, ensuring effective communication and comprehension in the classroom.
Must possess a minimum C1 level of fluency, or ideally an IELTS for Non-native English teachers.
Strong teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive and productive learning environment.
