Aider à
l'efficacité et l'amélioration de l'acquisition de talents, des processus d'embauche, de (post) retraite/licenciement et d'apporter la meilleure expérience utilisateur pour les clients internes.
Il/elle représente la voix des clients internes et est responsable de l'établissement des priorités, de la livraison solution optimale, tests, assurance qualité et garantir que le produit Oracle Cloud HCM répond aux exigences et fournit le résultats commerciaux attendus engagés envers les parties prenantes concernées. Travailler avec le propriétaire du produit, s'assurer que le/la fonctionnalité du produit est adaptée à son objectif tout en garantissant la conformité légale, l'adoption des meilleures pratiques et en maximisant notre investissements dans la technologie IARD.
Il/Elle doit être au courant des développements du produit RH de base ainsi que du marché technologique P&C (Personnes et Culture), et s'assurer que le produit a une intégration cohérente avec d'autres modules et flux de prestation de services RH. Revoir processus interne, analyse et représente les changements dans le processus d'embauche et de licenciement pour les nouveaux livrables.

En interne : interactions clés : propriétaires de produits technologiques IARD, communauté IARD, communication, services numériques, bureau de données, services globaux RH et informatique
En externe : interactions clés : Prestataires Externes, pairs d'autres entreprises, communautés d'experts.
