THE ROLE

The Head of Digital Sales will drive customer engagement & revenue growth online by developing and executing digital sales and loyalty initiatives. Having as an ultimate target to increase customer reach online, increase revenue, and enhance our profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and oversee digital sales performance and adoption, optimizing online pricing strategy according to market conditions and the impact of loyalty programs on customer retention.
  • Develop and implement digital commercial strategies, by developing specific business plans and new digital sales products, focusing on maximizing value for medium to small-sized customers.
  • Enhance our digital product offerings and value proposition, adding new features and collaborating on effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and manage the digital sales team, aligning the digital organization with company growth goals, collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization such as Lines, Regions, Countries, IT, Transformation, Finance.
  • Advice leadership such as C-Level to support decision taking process on optimization

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or university background.
  • Extensive industry knowledge (minimum 5 years in senior management roles).
  • An experience in digital sales, go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth through online channels, would be a valuable asset for this position.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assertive communication and result driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, boldness, and innovation; ability to lead and develop teams.
