Quelles sont les missions ?
En tant que Senior PM, vos missions sont :
* Implication tout au long de la prestation - y compris en phase d'avant-projet et lors du chiffrage des affaires pour proposer des variantes méthodologiques,
* Analyse des appels d'offres et recommandations en collaboration avec notre Cost Manager,
* Aide à la sélection et à la négociation avec les sous-traitants,
* Recherche des variantes de conception/matériaux afin de répondre aux attentes des clients et d'optimiser la rentabilité des projets,
* Garant de la qualité, des prix et des délais ainsi que les réceptions et les levées de réserves,
* Contrôle des plans et des programmes du projet,
* Respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité des opérations ainsi que la conformité du cahier des charges,
* Contrôle du calendrier d'exécution des travaux et de l'approvisionnement en matériaux ; gestion des opérations et des négociations sur les plans techniques, administratifs et financiers des contrats,
* Organisation des réceptions des travaux et suivi de la levée des réserves ; assurance de la coordination entre le BET, le bureau de contrôle et les autres intervenants,
* Animation des réunions de chantier avec les équipes internes et externes ; mobilisation des spécialistes techniques nécessaires, organisation des interventions éventuelles, assurance de la Direction de l'Exécution du Marché de travaux (DET).
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous assumerez l'entière responsabilité de la réalisation du projet et devrez donc faire preuve de professionnalisme et de proactivité - y compris des compétences de communication efficaces et une expérience de la négociation, tant en interne qu'en externe avec les clients.
Ingénieur ou Architecte de formation, vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience confirmée dans un environnement professionnel exigeant, vous avez constamment dépassé les objectifs fixés, et de préférence chez un entrepreneur général reconnu.
Anglais courant (B2 minimum).
