Quelles sont les missions ?

En tant que Senior Financial Controller (H/F) vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

1. Consolider les résultats financiers et prévisions budgétaires

o Animation et pilotage des processus de clôtures mensuelles, des reforecasts et du budget :
- Etre garant du respect des délais de livraison des contributeurs du contrôle de gestion
- Consolider l'ensemble des informations mises à disposition par les contrôleurs dans le cadre des clôtures, reforecasts, budget
- Etre garant de la fiabilité et de la pertinence de l'ensemble des livrables

o Préparation des présentations à destination de la DG, de la DG Finance et des actionnaires du groupe :
- Consolider des slides des contributeurs
- Produire les slides de conso (tableaux, waterfall et commentaires)
- Être force de proposition de nouveaux axes d'analyses et de présentations afin de mettre en avant les risques/sujets à enjeux

o Participation à la transformation des outils avec la mise en place de :
- un " cube " Hyperion pour le suivi automatique des KPI
- suivi détaillé et automatique des écritures comptables

2. Participer aux analyses Revenue Management afin d'accompagner la prise de décision sur les orientations stratégiques et marketing du groupe :

o Modélisation et analyse de la rentabilité et des impacts économiques des offres
o Présentation des résultats aux équipes Marketing et Financières et recommandations sur le pricing, contenu vs positionnement concurrentiel
o Accompagner le Marketing afin d'optimiser la rentabilité des offres
o Analyses post lancement des offres et présentations des résultats aux équipes Marketing et Financières

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Formation et Expériences Professionnelles

o Excellente formation supérieure (Ecole de Commerce, Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent), bonne culture économique et financière
o 5 ans d'expérience au minimum en analyse financière/contrôle financier

Compétences professionnelles/personnelles

o Grande capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de modélisation
o Curiosité intellectuelle, capable d'avoir une vision à 360°
o Excellentes qualités relationnelles, capacité à défendre ses positions et à trouver des compromis (assertif)
o Fiable et extrêmement rigoureux, vous appréciez travailler en équipe et témoignez d'une aisance relationnelle
o Très bonne maîtrise des SI des systèmes financiers
o Bon niveau d'anglais souhaité
