Objectif principal:

Le conseiller de vente Coach contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de vente de la boutique ainsi qu'à la productivité et à la qualité de service grâce aux techniques de vente et à la formation Coach.

Le conseiller de vente représente Coach auprès des clients, agit comme un ambassadeur de la marque et s'assure que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits et dépassés.

Passionné et véritable ambassadeur de la marque, vos missions sont les suivantes :

· Véhiculer les valeurs Coach

· Appliquer le Customer Service Coach

· Participer à la vie du magasin et au travail d'équipe

· Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixes

· Etre en mesure de comprendre, expliquer et transmettre l'histoire de la marque ainsi que la technicité de nos produits à notre clientele

· Maintenir une dynamique et une proactivité sur la surface de vente

· Capacité à travailler avec plusieurs clients simultanément

· Anticiper constamment et répondre aux besoins des clients

Profil Recherché :

· Maîtrise de l'anglais

· Maitrise d'une deuxième langue appréciée

· Expérience significative dans l'environnement du Retail (une expérience dans le monde du luxe est appréciable)

· Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et le personnel de la boutique

· Rigueur, dynamisme, sens du relationnel
