Contract Management Director - F/H
(logistique contractuelle)
Poste basé Région Lyonnaise

Rattaché au CEO et membre du comité opérationnel, vous avez pour mission de piloter les comptes stratégiques du Groupe (dimension internationale en lien avec le Groupe).

Activités principales:
-Management d'une équipe de Contract Manager expérimentés.
- Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients existants.
-Gestion de projets complexes.
- Mettre en place les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Négocier les conditions générales de vente (délai de paiement, tarifs, litiges, contrats) avec les clients et prospects.
- Coordonner les processus de renouvellement de contrat et répondre aux appels d'offres.
- Assurer une veille sur les problématiques et proposer des axes d'améliorations.

15 ans d'expérience minimum sur des fonctions commerciales avec une dominante en logistique contractuelle.
Bonnes compétence en gestion de comptes stratégiques.
Anglais courant indispensable, forte orientation client, autonomie, capacité à prendre des décisions, charisme, autant d'atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
