Objectives
- Define and roll-out the industrial planning processes (SIOP, MPS).
- Manage the escalation process and routines linked to SIOP at site and region level.
- Contribute to the good balance between resilience and accuracy of the end to end view Supply Chain.
- Provide a support to the sites where production planning is an issue (ramp-up, new product mix, Production Performance and Manufacturing Throughput low performance).
- Provide a feed back on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement.
- Reinforce the community of planners to increase the level of maturity of the organization
Responsibilities
- Update and improve the SIOP process regularly.
- Support and the Global Planning Directors on site on all kind of planning topics as well as planning governance issues.
- Monitor the site actions to ensure and provide regular support.
- Contribution can involve planning technique, planning routines/governance, tools, decision making process.
Educational Requirements
- Graduated from university or engineering school (Master's degree)
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in project planning and manufacturing planning.
- Past experience on site.
