About the role :


Are you ready to dive into the world of mobile advertising? Ogury, an innovative and rapidly growing company, is looking for a Client Success Executive intern to join our team in France.

You'll BE working closely with a fantastic local team on a groundbreaking product, helping our French clients Excel in their mobile media strategies.

This is your chance to BE part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and success.

You'll assist in managing client accounts, optimizing their campaigns, and ensuring they achieve their goals. Join us and make a difference in the exciting mobile advertising landscape

What you will BE doing :

  • Assist the sales team in managing a client portfolio
  • Create proposals and media recommendations for your clients
  • Monitor and analyze key advertisers' campaigns
  • Manage rebooking campaigns and upsell directly with clients
  • Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the Adops teams
  • Participate in workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
  • Create endofcampaign reports, analyze results, and present them to clients
  • Keep your knowledge of all Ogury's solutions up to date
  • Analyze insights to make recommendations for clients

About you :

  • You have a passion for advertising, digital technologies, and the mobile ecosystem
  • You are detailoriented, comfortable with numbers, and have strong analytical and relational skills
  • You are a fast learner and proactive in your job
  • You speak French fluently and ideally English as well
  • If you have knowledge of programmatic, that's a big plus
