Dfinit et valide le processus de fabrication dtaill d'un nouveau produit.
Raliser la documentation industrielle du projet, dfinir les donnes de rfrence industrielles et fixer le temps de la mthode de fabrication.
En phase srie, piloter les actions d'amlioration continue et industrialiser les volutions produits et process
Rapports organisationnels
Relve hirarchiquement du responsable de l'ingnierie de fabrication ou du responsable PME du domaine.

Responsabilits
Lors des phases de spcification et d'avant-projet :
Apporter des ides l'ingnieur de procds ou au PIM pour guider la dfinition du produit afin d'amliorer la fabricabilit du produit et d'atteindre les objectifs QCD.
Participer aux revues de conception des produits lorsque requis.
Temps de mthode estim.
Pendant la phase de conception dtaille et avant Serial Go :
Participer P-FMEA.
Participer la validation des prototypes le cas chant.
Demander de l'outillage au besoin et rdiger des spcifications d'outillage.
Selon le domaine : effectuer des routages ERP, des instructions de travail, des instructions de contrle, programmer des machines commande numrique. Et ceci en garantissant de bonnes conditions EHS et ergonomiques.
Effectuer l'enchanement des tches des postes de travail.
Valider la conception et l'industrialisation des produits via FAR et FAI.
Calculer avec prcision le temps de la mthode.
Aprs le Go srie :
Industrialiser le retrofit aprs les modifications techniques : routages, instructions de travail et outillages.
Soutenir la production pour atteindre les objectifs de fabrication QCD.
Participer des ateliers d'amlioration continue. (Ex : SWIP)
Contribuer au REX industriel sur les procds de fabrication
Connaissances/exprience souhaites
Formation Ingnieur (BAC 5) ou Tecnicien (BAC 2) avec 3-5 ans d'exprience
Exprience en fabrication, de prfrence dans l'industrie ferroviaire.
Connaissances techniques en ingnierie de fabrication, rdaction d'instructions de travail de fabrication, quilibrage de ligne.
Exprience de travail avec un ERP (tel que SAP) pour la nomenclature, le routage, le suivi de la configuration
Connaissance pratique de la qualit, des normes EHS et de l'ergonomie.
Connatre les outils SI usuels.
Processus AMDEC, QRQC.
Analyse temporelle (MTM, MEK, UAS).
